The Apple Watch and Fitbit Black Friday deals have been activated. You'll find the brand new Apple Watch Series 5 at Amazon with a $45 discount across the lineup. Best Buy has every model in the Series 4 discounted by at least $100 -- and $300 off the higher-end stainless steel version. And Amazon has the Fitbit Versa 2 for $149 -- a full $50 off the list price.

But that's only the start. We know that even lower prices are coming to some watches on Black Friday. The Apple Watch Series 3 will go on sale at Walmart (and elsewhere) for $159 (42mm) and $129 (38mm). And Walmart has already lowered the entry-level price to $199 for the cellular equivalent or $170 for the 38mm GPS model.

The Inspire HR is an even more affordable slim band-type tracker that also gets notifications and does more than you probably realize. It's scheduled to go down to $69 next week.
