BBC meteorologist Tomasz Schafernaker was mid-forecast when his Apple watch jumped in to contradict him.
Schafernaker was forecasting snow in the Midwest area of the United States on Thursday when his Apple watch accidentally activated and said no snow was in the forecast. The unintended interruption derailed the forecast as the meteorologist began laughing.
"Oh, dear. That's my watch saying there's no snow in the forecast," Schafernaker said, laughing.
The news anchor jumped in, confused by the watch's forecast contradicting Schafernaker's.
"It probably doesn’t know what place I’m talking about," Schafernaker explained.
