It’s official: Steve Harvey is back.
Six months after NBC canceled his daytime talk show, Steve, the 62-year-old has returned in a different way. On Monday, January 6, Steve on Watch premiered its first four episodes on Facebook Watch, and it’s like he never left at all.
If you’ve been missing Steve and his one-of-a-kind personality, here’s everything you need to know about tuning in and staying up to date on his latest venture.
What is Steve on Watch about?
In early December, Facebook Watch announced that it would be the new home of Steve’s talk show. Steve on Watch will feature the longtime TV host giving his unique take and “unfiltered responses” on “the everyday issues affecting his audience” — a.k.a. a continuation of Steve’s signature advice segment, “Hey Steve.”
In addition, the comedian will also interview “remarkable people doing amazing things,” according to a press release. From rapper Rick Ross to an 82-year-old bodybuilder named Willie Murphy, Steve will sit down with a variety of guests to share their unique stories.
How can I watch and stream Steve on Watch?
At the moment, Steve on Watch is exclusively streaming on the social media video platform Facebook Watch. The episodes will run for a total of 10 weeks, with multiple segments airing throughout the week.
A Facebook account is required to tune into Steve on Watch. Once you’re all set up, you can start viewing episodes on the Steve on Watch Facebook page, which is accessible on iOS Apple, Android, Amazon Fire, and XBox One devices.
If you want to watch the show on your TV specifically, you can do so with the Facebook Watch TV app, available on Portal TV, Samsung Smart TV, Oculus TV, and more.
