Capitals at Flyers How to Watch - NBCSports.com

After a dominant showing on Tuesday night, with a 6-1 win over Carolina, the Capitals look to maintain their winning momentum as they head to Philadelphia for a Wednesday night matchup with division rivals the Flyers.

Washington sits atop the Metropolitan Division leaderboard, while Philadelphia remains in the middle of the pack, but matchups between the East-Coast pair have proven volatile in the past.

Meeting for only the second time this season, the Capitals enter Wednesday with a three-game win streak, while the Flyers return home for the first time since December 23, after posting a 1-5 record on their six-game road trip.

Here's how to watch Wednesday's matchup:

CAPITALS-FLYERS PLAYERS TO WATCH:

Alexander Ovechkin, F, Capitals (26-16-42): Ovechkin notched two more goals on Tuesday night, moving him up the all-time goals leaderboard to an 11th place tie with Teemu Selanne (684). But, the Flyers are one of the teams Ovechkin hasn't scored against yet this season, so the Washington captain may be due.

T.J. Oshie, F, Capitals (18-15-33): Like Ovechkin, Oshie tallied two goals against Carolina, marking his fourth consecutive game notching at least one point. In that span, the forward has three goals and three assists.

Travis Konecny, F, Flyers (13-24-37): One of Philadelphia's offensive leaders, Konecny has the most goals and points on the team, while just two assists shy of Jakub Voracek's team-leading 26. Shutting down Konecny and Voracek is vital for the Capitals' success Wednesday.
